This week's theme is Weddings/Church dress and apparently I have been a flower girl just as often as I have been a bridesmaid. The confusion is this. The picture on the left is maybe a year later than the one on the right. I always thought that this pic on the left was me at my Uncle Bill's wedding BUT the one on the right is. I remember the other little girl, Heather (why I can remember this and not vital information I do not know), is my uncle's wife's niece. Got it? Anyway, I remember thinking we were such fast friends and always going to be best friends. I never saw her again, to my knowledge. Although you would think I would at family gatherings that included both sides of the families. Hmm. I'll have to figure out which wedding the other picture is for.

Beautiful picture and a little bit of a confusing story even for you but I get it. Isn't it funny with kids we thought we would know forever..... Lovely dresses and I love those shoes, aren't they all in again?
I know my uncle's (ex-)wife's niece! We were friends in high school and used to call each other "outlaw cousins." In fact, my husband dated her during their junior and senior years. Many years later, we had a falling out because I forgot I told her I would help her move her piano and didn't show up. All I know about her now is that her entire family converted to Judaism (they had been Methodists, her dad was even a minister!) and moved to San Francisco.
You were a very cute little girl - and your son has inherited your brown eyes!! I remember certain friends that i only met a couple of times but seemed to have a huge impact on my life - i dont know why but I remember them so clearly..
You would have measured "practically perfect" in these shots. Sooo sweet. That is what a flower girl SHOULD look like. I see you have 3 smalls too - it's tricky but lovely.
You are so sweet - no wonder you got to be flower girl more than once! Love the little tie up sandals.
ohhhh so cute! your FBF photos are soooo cute! I'm without a scanner so I'm taking a holiday! love all your dresses
Corrie:)
