6 weird things about me - I prefer the term "fascinating":
1. I don't like breakfast foods for breakfast (eggs, pancakes, waffles, etc.) but can eat them for lunch or dinner, no problem. The exception to that is cereal - I can eat raisin bran anytime, anywhere.
1. I don't like breakfast foods for breakfast (eggs, pancakes, waffles, etc.) but can eat them for lunch or dinner, no problem. The exception to that is cereal - I can eat raisin bran anytime, anywhere.
2. I didn't know how to blow my nose until I was at least in my twenties - just couldn't do it.
3. I think listening to U2 can cure most ailments of the mind and make a great mood even better (just listen to "Beautiful Day" or "Yahweh". I also believe children should be introduced to it very early. E thinks Bono gave him the U218 Videos DVD for Christmas last year.
4. I've never seen an episode of the Simpsons, not one.
5. I've never been to Hawaii - I am pretty sure that only my children and I can claim this.
6. I can't whistle, not even a little.
And here is an extra from me:
7. From my husband, "You are a voracious reader, that is weird." He's from Texas, enough said. He also thinks my feet are weird, he is wrong, they are really cute - seriously.

U2 reminds me of our Valentines dance at WX my sophmore year and your senior year. The theme song was by U2...The sweetest thing. I love that song, but am not a huge U2 fan. I love that Bono brings Xmas presents.
Whit, I am going to do this, I promise, but I am bloggerwhelmed because yesterday was Lib's birthday, today is Brandon's, and I feel like I am up to my pits in posts I need to do! Be patient, and I too shall share my weirdness. Seriously, though, you never blew your nose or whistle? How have you survived extinction?
Yeah, I know the whole blowing nose thing is fascinating. I really didn't need to, I never really had to blow it, which is weird because ever since I got pregnant with my first, I have had to blow my nose all the time. Fascinating.
Paige, U2 is the BEST. Hands down. I love "Sweetist Thing" too, he wrote it for his wife.
Hooray for U2. Whitney, I am totally with you.
EVERYONE should grow up listening to U2. Still can't decide if Boy or War is my favourite album... or Rattle and Hum... or Pop... or... okay, they are all brilliant! Still can't believe I have seen Edge play in three of their tours now... [sigh] let's hope they never give up writing.
