She's a star ... and the song is pretty good too

My little sister in law, who is a freshman at a college down South, sent me this youtube link telling me to check it out. Imagine my surprise when I saw that she was "The Girl" in the video of the first single off of Driver F's new album. I don't know anything about the band, but they sound pretty good. And I must say, Lauren isn't too shabby herself! She is now a Video Vixen.

Whit,
This is Joe Britton. I know that this comment has nothing to do with this post but I feel inclined to let you know how I feel about Joe. I’m not into this whole blogging thing. I pretty much just made an account to comment on other peoples. Anyway, I somehow stumbled on to your blog and knew that you would have posted something about Joe. There aren’t too many days that go by that I don’t think of Joe. Like Tommy, Many of the good decisions in my life reflect Joe and his example. Joe knew how to be good and still keep his bad A attitude. Sometimes I wonder how certain friends of Joe’s would have turned out had he have not passed away. Joe gave off a presence that made one strive to be better. The first memory that I have of Joe was before I even knew who he was. I remember sitting in Gringo’s eating a burrito and this kid walks in with the sweetest accident sideburns in the whole world. It was the oddest thing, I to, was trying to grow some earmuffs. Well, a week passes and Sam, Doug, Beau and I were shredding at North Canyon Park and this same kid rolled up on a little kids bike. He started talking to us like we have been best friends for years. From that day forward till Joe’s death we remained tight. I don’t know if Joe ever told you, but his Subaru key and my Subaru key would work to each others cars. I don’t remember how we ever found out, but it was another thing that makes me believe that in our universe we were meant to be friends. Like I said I don’t have a blog but email me at beanandcheesester@gmail.com.

Loved the video. It was so cute. Especially the part where your sister-in-law runs to the guy only to push him out of the way. That is too funny! Thanks for sharing it!
