Piccolo Earrings

I love these earrings. They come in a couple different sizes of circles and squares, different lengths also. They are so completely light-weight. It is a very mysterious secret as to what they are made of, but not the kind you have to worry about, just the kind you are grateful for because you get to wear these totally different and great looking earrings that you can't even feel.
I don't there are any two that are alike, some may be similiar. I wear mine and love how light they are. Below is a picture of me wearing the smaller circle pair. Now, it may be hard to tell how big they are because I have an unusually long and graceful neck (or as they called me in college "Jack in the Box") but these are petite. There are different lengths and sizes. I have two pairs of the bigger circles - they are probably about 1.5 inches. Both the front and the back have a contrasting pattern.
My talented cousin Erin is the gal behind lobe. She is selling them locally in Utah at all the Whimsy locations (Salt Lake, Park City and Draper) or you can contact her at prince.erin@gmail.com if you are interested. Her company is called Piccolo Designs - yes very similiar to Piccalilli Designs or Piccalilli too - but she named her's before she knew what our business was called. She was an Italian major, has lived there a couple separate times. I believe Piccolo means little in Italian. All the names mean is that great minds think alike and another reminder that we are related. If you would like more information about this great find, you can leave a comment here or email her directly. And I should add that they are between $16 and $20. Not too shabby.

Things I am eyeing this week

So I was going to name this post "In one ear and add to the other" or some sort, but Etsy is the jewelry shop of the world. SO much good stuff. Maybe I will do one for ears, then necks, then wrists, then fingers.... we'll see how this goes.
Nevermind, I am calling this "In one ear and add to the other"

This shop is amazing! There are so many different things that make this shop one of my favorites. For one thing, look how different these two sets of earrings are. Great coral red flowers with turqoise, kind of cascading on copper. Then you have this chalcedony, with garnet and iolite copper earrings. Gorgeous. You need to check out their cuffs, necklaces... all of it. Catrocks rocks.

I love the simplicity of these silver drop earrings by lesthings out of Madrid, Spain. This designer/artist uses sterling silver, paper, clay.

I don't even know how to describe these earrings from gemmafactrix. Oh my gosh, I love them. Ahh.

This jeweler's shop is unique in so many ways. I love how sculpted they are, how light their structure is. Their shape, just lovely. Blaqueorchid has other jewelry to adorn other parts of you body, too.

These flower earrings from emma jewelry are hand fabricated sterling silver. I want you to check out her belt buckles in her shop. I know... earrings and belt buckles, perfect segue. I like them both.

Juicy Citrus Hot Orange Chalcedony Briolette Earrings wrapped with Citrine and Prehnite Clovers are the names of these two sets from Ten Jewel Collection. In the Clovers description the artist says they seem to glow from within, I agree and I like the different looking hooks they are on. And I kind of just want to eat the other pair of earrings.
